Welcome to HOP2 — a service that allows you to register memorable three-word phrases that redirect to any public URL. By using Hop2, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Service

You may use HOP2 to create, manage, and share custom phrases that link to web content. You are responsible for any content associated with the phrases you create.

You agree not to use HOP2 to link to or promote:

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Malware or deceptive/phishing websites
• Content that infringes on the rights of others
• Hate speech or harassment

HOP2 reserves the right to remove or disable any phrase that violates these terms or the spirit of this service.

2. Phrase Ownership

When you register a phrase, you gain the right to control and update that phrase for the duration of your subscription. Hop2 does not claim ownership over your destination URLs or content, but you grant us permission to store and display them within the platform.

HOP2 reserves the right to revoke phrase access for violation of these terms or non-payment.

3. Paid Phrases

Your first phrase is free. Additional phrases are billed annually. Payment is non-refundable once the phrase has been successfully registered. If you do not renew your subscription, your phrase may be released and made available to others.

4. Disclaimer

Hop2 is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, link reliability, or uninterrupted service. While we aim to provide a secure and reliable experience, we are not liable for any damages caused by the use (or inability to use) the service.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
